1. To order 1/2 yds. of fabric click on "Add to Cart". In "View Cart" adjust quantity to .5 then click "Edit Quantity". The cart will recalculate the cost.
2. All orders will be processed within 2 business days.
3. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.
 

Return Policy


1. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a full product refund.
2. Items returned must be in sellable condition and in original packaging. Not responsible for items damaged in shipping due to inappropriate packaging.
3. Opened software may not be returned unless it is defective. If defective, software may be exchanged for an exact replacement.
4. Fabric that has been cut, dyed or washed may not be returned or exchanged.
5. Returns after 30 days qualify for a merchandise credit or exchange only up to 90 days from the ship date.
6. We are not able to accept returns for Embroidery Takeout cards or CDs or embroidery software that has been opened.
7. All returns MUST be accompanied by the original sales receipt.
